Angela McCaffrey is a fine art painter who was born in Dumfriesshire, Scotland, and now works in South East England.Her paintings are held in private and corporate collections, and by public arts councils.Having studied as an undergraduate in the midlands of England, she completed her Masters in Fine Art at Wimbledon School of Art.Angela has taught fine art and painting at a variety of colleges and universities for more than twenty years.
Ecotone is a new series of paintings by Angela McCaffrey. Here the artist depicts an imagined peripheral territory cohabited by human and animal. The paintings represent alliance and broad tolerance between humans and commonplace birds and mammals.
