Eduardo Romaguera appartient à la génération d'auteurs du "Postilusionismo Imaginoplasta" et du "Pancretismo Sincrónico". Naît en Valence, l'Espagne, l'année 1976. Il appartient à la génération "Artfleuve", terme frappé par Durome Sable qui le réunit le long de sa carrière artistique étendue en chercher la métaphysique poétique de l'événement et la réflexion vers les objets pendant un temps relativisé.
On a gradué dans des Arts Visuels durant l'année 2002, Faculté de San Carlos de Valence. Il a joui de plusieurs bourses de prestige entre lesquelles on souligne les bourses pour création artistique du gouvernement du Mexique. Ses propositions artistiques et réfléchies ont pu être vues dans différents pays comme l'Argentine, la Bolivie, la France, l'Italie, le Portugal, la Suède, l'Allemagne, E.E.U.U et l'Espagne. Collabore avec plusieurs groupes de recherche d'Universités Européennes et soutient la création d'espaces d'art contemporain des indépendants. Le mutant est membre fondateur de l'Espace "La Mutante" et il travaille actuellement le projet « Container Inside » pour la ville de la culture de la Galice. Réside et développe son travail artistique à Marseille, la France.

Il a effectué de nombreuses expositions dans des espaces publics et privés, nationaux et internationaux. Actuellement, Romaguera est un des artistes avec une plus grande projection internationale de la Communauté de Valence. Il développe la recherche Doctorale : "Métamorphose : processus et principes de l'animation avec sable. (Tesina, U.P.V Département de Dessin, mouvement-animation). Le musée d'Art Contemporain de de vous elle veillez de Tifariti il a acquis une de leurs oeuvres "Ennigab" en qualité de cession par l'artiste. Il se consacre professionnellement la peinture, la sculpture, la musique et audio-visuelle.
